Having peace of mind while you're traveling is something you should strive for. Audi roadside assistance is there to help you 24/7, 365 days a year. Audi roadside assistance is included with the purchase of a new Audi. There's no limit on service calls or amount per call.

Do you really need roadside assistance?

Roadside assistance is something you'd rather have and not need than need and not have. Having roadside assistance can save your day if your car decides to break down while driving. While you may hope you never need to use it, knowing it's there can give you peace of mind. Imagine if you or your family gets stranded in a strange area at night. Roadside assistance can come and get you back underway. Here are some benefits that you can have with roadside assistance:

  • A safety net, so you aren't stranded on the side of the road
  • Savings or discount on services
  • Help with a mechanical issue
  • Peace of mind for other drivers, if the plan covers additional drivers

What does roadside assistance cover?

In general, roadside assistance covers most mechanical failures while on the road. This can include anything from helping you put your spare tire on or jumping off your battery. Some roadside assistance companies even bring gas to your car or pay for a locksmith. However, roadside services usually have a limit on how many times you can call on them per year and price limits per event. While the benefits vary between providers, Audi provides some services as a part of their plan.

  • Standard Towing
  • Tire Servicing
  • Jump-Starting
  • Lockout Service
  • Fuel Delivery

How does Audi roadside assistance work?

Audi roadside assistance comes standard on every new Audi sold in the US. It's available 365 days a year and 24 hours a day. The roadside assistance is available in the US and Puerto Rico. To provide you roadside assistance Audi needs a few things from you:

  • Your VIN
  • The make and model of your car
  • License plate number
  • Your telephone number
  • Location of your car
  • A description of the issue affecting your car

Once you give all of those things, Audi can dispatch the proper service provider to you. You have to be with your vehicle to receive service. Audi doesn't provide service to unattended vehicles. Audi has no maximum cost per service call or limits on calls per year. However, you aren't covered for multiple calls per event.
