Having peace of mind while you're traveling is something you should strive for. Infiniti roadside assistance is there to help you 24/7, 365 days a year and is included with your Infiniti purchase for 48 months. Infiniti has no limits on service calls per year or mileage.

Do you really need roadside assistance?

Roadside assistance is something you'd rather have and not need than need and not have. Having roadside assistance can save your day if your car decides to break down while driving. While you may hope you never need to use it, knowing it's there can give you peace of mind. Imagine if you or your family gets stranded in a strange area at night. Roadside assistance can come and get you back underway. Here are some benefits that you can have with roadside assistance:

  • A safety net, so you aren't stranded on the side of the road
  • Savings or discount on services
  • Help with a mechanical issue
  • Peace of mind for other drivers, if the plan covers additional drivers

What does roadside assistance cover?

In general, roadside assistance covers most mechanical failures while on the road. This can include anything from helping you put your spare tire on or jumping off your battery. Some roadside assistance companies even bring gas to your car or pay for a locksmith. However, roadside services usually have a limit on how many times you can call on them per year and price limits per event. While the benefits vary between providers, Infiniti provides some services as a part of their plan.

  • Towing to the nearest Infiniti dealership
  • Mechanical assistance
  • Delivery of gas or oil
  • Battery jumps
  • A flat tire change

How does Infiniti roadside assistance work?

Infiniti Roadside Assistance is available for any Infiniti for 48 months after the original in-service date. There's no mileage limit on this roadside assistance coverage. If you're in an accident or need a tow for some other reason, you can only be towed to the nearest Infiniti dealership. If you want to be towed somewhere other than that dealership, you're responsible for payment. Infiniti offers trip interruption reimbursement like most roadside assistance plans. As long as your car is more than 100 miles from home and you're delayed by more than 3 hours, you can be reimbursed. The limit on being reimbursed is $1000. When contacting Infiniti, here's what they ask for to send service to you.

  • Name
  • Call back phone number
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Location of disablement
  • Color of vehicle
  • Exact current mileage
  • Will you remain with the car when the service provider arrives?
  • For tow service – The name of the Retailer you wish to be towed to.
  • For tow service - Will you be riding with the driver to the Retailer?
  • Does the vehicle go into neutral gear?
